Dear friend, Dear HeartBody, Life is a beautiful dance, a dance of the body, a dance of the heart. How can we freely dance when there's shame, ashamed about how we look, what we've done or who we are. That's why when I teach dance classes, no matter if it's improvisation, modern or ballet, I tell the dancers that their tool, their only tool is their body. If there is shame then how can they become a dancer? So I ask them to shout, to scream, to make the weirdest face they can make. This sounds very easy, but after teaching thousands of dancers I have rarely come upon one that can really do this. How strange is this. You decide to become a dancer, but you can't express. So No Shame, also No Shame or taboo about my messages. It is what it is, today we talk about sex. I shared the story about bungee jumping last time and how it can be a way to discover enlightenment. This might not work for everybody. What does work for almost everybody, to understand the feeling of being one with all, to feel a glimpse of enlightenment is when you have an orgasm. Next time when you have an orgasm become aware that on that moment there are no thoughts, there is nothing, there is complete emptiness, your whole body and heart are involved, no mind. There are on that moment no thoughts at all. That is the state of enlightenment, the state of being one with all, pure ecstasy.
How can such a feeling be dirty, a sin or from the devil? It's Devine. Why do we absolutely adore a baby, or a young animal, it's so cute, so innocent, so beautiful. Remember that they are all a product of Sex, orgasms and most times from pleasure. If sex gives orgasms, and orgasms can create a new life, then how can this be dirty, a sin, the work of the devil? Then you're saying every life is born out of evil, it's a product of evilness. Only a pure life is born without sex, without orgasm. That's why Christ was born without sex, without orgasm, but biology and science will tell you this is impossible. Matthew 1:18 'Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Imagine the look on Josef's face when Mary told him I'm pregnant, knowing they had never had sex, he never came inside her. What would your first thought be, when your girlfriend or wife tells you this? Right.

Matthew 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. Off course he would, he's 'just' a man. How can he accept or believe? This puzzles me, if we're believers, why do we need to explain. If one believes, then there's no doubt, but to make sure there's no doubt we need to be able to explain it. If we need to explain something then most likely there's a lie hidden somewhere. When a men comes inside a women then a child can be born, we know this, science has proved it, we have accepted it, there's no question. We believe because its explained. If someone tomorrow tells you if you kiss with touching tongues you can get pregnant. You will not accept, you will say rubbish. So we need another ‘miracle’ to make you accept this, we need science to prove it, but they can't. At least not yet.
So the next ‘miracle’ is created.
Matthew 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. In a dream? Why in a dream. Aren't dreams an expression of our unresolved (un)consciousness? Now Joseph must have been struggling with this issue the whole day, to believe or not. Christians have taught us that (enjoying) sex is devils work, it's a devils temptation, but they also condemn any preservations like condoms, the pill etc. Children need to be born, so we need to have orgasms, but we can't enjoy our orgasms, how weird is this? If sex is the devils work then Christians shouldn't have sex at all, but what happens then? Christians will be extinct, then there are no followers. Then who's going to follow all the celibate priests and monks? Do you see the duality in it?
But there is some beauty in this story, on a deeper layer. If you understand the feeling of enlightenment, of yin & yang, that all is one, then when the bible is saying that Mary is conceived from the Holy Ghost, I feel the meaning is that she is conceived from love. Because holy, God, Buddha it's ultimately Love. Mary is conceived out of Love, the purest love where men and woman are intertwined with each other, they've become one. When you realize that we're all one, then it doesn't matter who conceived her. Every child conceived by love is a Jesus, is a son or Daughter of God. That's exactly the point, we are all children of the Divine, because we were created in that moment of orgasm, that moment of nothingness, emptiness, that moment of enlightenment. Then how can we be Evil, or be sinners when we have an orgasm? If it creates life. Every seed is divine. I have heard that scientist discovered that in one single seed of a tree lays the possibility to make the entire earth green. How powerful...
So how can any religion or philosophy ask you to repress sex, they should encourage it, help you, guide you. There's something dangerous when you repress sex. Let me share the poem Tell me, brother by Kadir with you. Tell me, Brother, how can I renounce Maya? (Maya means the illusion we create in our mind) When I gave up the tying of ribbons, still I tied my garment about me: When I gave up tying my garment, still I covered my body in its folds. So, when I give up passion, I see that anger remains; And when I renounce anger, greed is with me still; And when greed is vanquished, pride and vainglory remain; When the mind is detached and casts Maya away, still it clings to the letter. Kabîr says, 'Listen to me, dear Sadhu! the true path is rarely found.' If we repress passion or sex we will get angry. See for yourself whenever there's a (long) period without orgasm you will feel yourself filled with anger. So you repress anger and you find yourself becoming greedy. Renounce this and you will find yourself proud, you convinced yourself you can life without sex, not getting angry and sharing everything. What does such a person remind you of? Right. Priests. How can a person filled with vanity guide you, renouncing the source of life itself, while he or she is a product of sex.
To conclude, sex is beautiful, because it's Making Life, and the ultimate expression of making life is an Orgasm. So no more shame, no more guilt, no more negative emotions regarding to sex. No more shame about your body, because you need your body to be able to create life, to feel a moment of enlightenment. How can something that can create life be ugly or too fat, too small, too thin? This is the mind judging and comparing. Comparing to what?
Have orgasms, laugh, cry, live, live with Body and Heart, live fully, feel fully, touch fully, love fully, Be. Be one, be full, be One-body, Be a HeartBody.
