关于“爱TA”

此次以“爱TA”为主题的舞蹈沙龙，灵感来源于波拉克疗法（舞者Kevin发明的一种心理疗法）中的案例。

在波拉克疗法工作坊中，一位女士不停的抱怨着丈夫的不足，渴望丈夫的关注与爱。但她喋喋不休的诉苦让扮演丈夫的角色越走越远。

“那么，不要说话，看着他，张开双臂，拥抱他。”

Kevin对这位女士说。

"Love Him/Her"

"Love Him/Her" is based on a real case from `Kevin’s Polak Therapy.

One woman kept complaining about the shortcomings of her husband, longing for her husband's attention and love. But she only complained to her husbands about his shortcomings, making him go further and further away from her. Creating the oppostite of what she desired.

Kevin said to the Lady. "So, stop complaining and look at him with outstretched arms to hug him."
